Learning Outcomes
With this UC is intended to address the distinctive aspects of service quality in EPS in order to sensitize students to the key factors that influence it and the ways it could be improved.
The lessons of this unit will be targeted towards students acquire knowledge regarding the reliability and quality in the EPS that Practical (PT) and Laboratory (PL) classes will be deepened through the resolution of practical cases.
It is intended:
OB1. Provide the students with notions about the reliability of components, systems and the EPS.
OB2. Raising awareness on the importance of quality service in EPS perspective of an environment of increased demand for equipment and end-users compared to product electricity.
OB3. Study the influence of independent production units as the EPS.
OB4. Application, intuitively, the concepts learned to new situations, interprets and defines solutions to the cases presented.
