The fundamental objectives of the curricular unit are to put students in contact with content and strategies that may lead them to:

OB1. Understand the importance of personal and interpersonal/social skills in professional (and personal) contexts;

OB2. Understand the relevance of diagnosing personal and social skills by carrying out a personal and social skills diagnosis;

OB3. Understand the importance of a personal and social skills development plan, and structure an individual plan that clearly addresses the student's needs;

OB4. Understand the relevance of personal and social skills continuous development and practice (lifelong development and practice).
