C4- Strategy formulation: Porter's Theory of Industry and RBV.
C5 - Business level strategy: Generic Strategies of Porter (Volume, Differentiation, Focusing / Value for Money); value chain analysis;

Learning Outcomes

The student after attending this course will be able to:

OB1- Know and understand the main theories and management models of organizations;
OB2- Understand the organizational elements and models and the leadership system;
OB3- Know how to outline the competitive and corporate strategy of an organization aiming at improving competitive position and organizational performance;
OB4- Know how to devise a strategy implementation, monitoring and control plan;
OB5- Know and understand the role and importance of value creation, liquidity, solvency and profitability of an organization and its management control systems, and how to evaluate, design, implement and improve these systems;
