Learning Outcomes
Provide to the Students knowledge and capability to understand and apply new materials and advanced manufacturing technologies, within a systemic and integrated perspective.
The student after attending this course will be able to:
OB1- Know and understand the working principle of new manufacturing technologies;
OB2- Understand how and where to apply the new manufacturing technologies;
OB3- Understand which are the main parameters of process control;
OB4- Understand how to replace outdated technology, studying the viability of its implementation;
OB5- Analyze advantages and disadvantages of the new manufacturing technologies application;
OB6- Understand the properties of new materials, knowing how to characterize and process them;
OB7- Understand on how to match the new technologies with the environmental protection.
