Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this Curricular Unit is to provide students with skills that allow:
- Use relational modeling methodologies to develop data structures.
- Use the SQL language to create, change and query relational databases.
- SQL integration with Python.
- Analyze databases to extract information and build relevant indicators
- Create database access interfaces.
- Use VBA programming to enhance interfaces.
- Use Power Automate to automate processes and workflows

This Curricular Unit aims to provide students with skills that allow responding to the needs of companies to carry out the transition from the product design phase to the production adequacy phase. The purpose of this curricular unit is to provide students with skills that allow:
OB1: Use methodologies for modeling data structures to analyze information management problems in order to develop appropriate databases.
OB2: Analyze various data sources to obtain relevant information and indicators.
OB3: Create database access interfaces to simplify user interaction and create more efficient information flows.
