Business Communication
The Business Communication course develops students' communication competencies required for effective interaction in contemporary business environments. The course focuses on both written and oral communication in professional settings, enabling students to communicate clearly, confidently, and appropriately in domestic and international business contexts.
Students become familiar with the principles of professional communication, business correspondence, presentations, meetings, negotiations, and intercultural communication. Particular emphasis is placed on the preparation of business documents, effective presentation techniques, teamwork, and the use of appropriate communication strategies in various organisational situations.
Through practical exercises, case studies, and interactive activities, students strengthen their ability to analyse communication situations, adapt messages to different audiences, and apply professional standards in business communication. They also develop critical thinking, active listening, persuasive communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Upon successful completion of the course, students are able to prepare and deliver professional written and oral business communications, communicate effectively in multicultural environments, collaborate successfully in teams, and apply communication strategies that support organisational objectives and professional relationships. The course provides essential communication competencies for careers in business, management, entrepreneurship, and other professional fields.
