The Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Maribor, as an academically and research autonomous community, will continuously raise the level of development of organisational sciences and will be internationally recognised and comparable to similar institutions in the world, and among them, will be active as an established partner in interdisciplinary fields, with an emphasis on business and administrative sciences, information and communication technologies (ICT), engineering and production technologies, covering both human resource management and engineering within these fields.
