Learning Outcomes

This course provides the knowledge and core competencies that will enable the student to:
OBJ1 - Identify the main marine and agri-food bioresources;
OBJ2 - Recognize the importance of marine and agri-food bioresources in contemporary society;
OBJ3 - Evaluate the capacity of marine and agri-food products, by-products and wastes for the development of new biomolecules and bioproducts.
