Learning Outcomes

This UC is intended for the student to learn how to plan and carry out experimental work and to acquire knowledge in the area of energy use and production.
The student must be able to:
OBJ1 ? understand the operation, select, size and carry out a cost analysis of an industrial utilities network (water vapor and compressed air)
OBJ2 ? understand the functioning and evaluate the operating conditions of a waste recovery and energy production unit
OBJ3 ? understand the influence of different operating conditions on thermal processes
OBJ4 ? build engineering diagrams
OBJ5 ? develop critical thinking by comparing available information and the results obtained
OBJ6 ? Improve teamwork skills and written and oral communication skills
