Learning Outcomes
This course provides students with the fundamental knowledge and skills of planning and carrying out integrative experimental work, involving several steps of a complex chemical process with different unit operations and chemical reactions, through the following objectives:
OBJ1 - Understand the importance of Quality Control
OBJ2 - Develop the capacity to outline the entire experimental plan, describing the various steps of the process and identifying the analytical parameters to be monitored
OBJ3 - Select the procedures and standards according to the previously proposed objective
OBJ4 - Be able to implement an analysis method, using either classical or instrumental methods of analysis
OBJ5 - Develop the ability to analyse and criticize the results obtained
OBJ6 - Knowing how to prepare a technical-scientific report and the respective presentation
