2. Traditional Quality Tools:flowchart, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, Histogram, Scatter diagram, Control charts; Summary of Quality and Management Tools use
3. Data analysis, Statistical Inference: Confidence Intervals and Hypotheses Testing
4. Statistical process control (SPC): the concept of variation, common causes and special causes, variable and attributes control charts, process capability;
5. Six sigma: performance indicator, method to master the variability, skills organization, six sigma as project management;
6. Acceptance Sampling: OCC, AOQL;
7. QFD (Quality Function Deployment);
8. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
Learning Outcomes
To provide Students with the knowledge and the capability to comprehend and apply the techniques and quality tools, within a systemic, integrated and multidisciplinary perspective.
Skills and competences to be developed by students:

LO3- Confer expertises in the area of six sigma methodology;
