Learning Outcomes
It is intended to give knowledge on sampling, sample pre-treatment techniques, and deepen knowledge on analytical methods used in quality control laboratories.
OBJ1 - The student should know and understand the procedures to carry out the analysis of real samples, from the planning of obtaining the sample to the test result, according to the basic principles of quality.
OBJ2 - For each technique, the student must know and understand the theoretical fundamentals and basic principles of the equipment used and the methods of analysis and respective efficiency and performance characteristics.
OBJ3 - The student should be able to develop analytical methodologies for quality control of real samples.
