Learning Outcomes
Exposition of the principles, key concepts and methods of management of a project construction, in its stages of life, based on the framework established by the PMBOK ® Guide.
For each of the areas of management it will be taught aspects related to the identification and characterization of the issue, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, keeping up with the cases studies in the lessons.
With particular focus on the management of construction projects, provide guidelines for managing projects, defines project management and related concepts and describe the project management life cycle and related processes.
Emphasis on the interaction of groups of project management processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing) with the knowledge areas, highlight for integration, scope, time, cost, risk, demand and that are specifically targeted at construction projects (safety, environmental, financial and claims).
