Presentation

Mechanical Engineering trains professionals capable of designing, developing, and optimising products, equipment, and industrial systems.

The Master’s in Mechanical Engineering covers all phases, from design to manufacturing, and integrates four essential areas: structural design, energy systems, industrial management, and materials and manufacturing technologies.

If you want to be at the heart of technological innovation, turn ideas into tangible solutions, and contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of industrial processes, this is the master’s degree for you.

Competencies

What areas can you work in?

  • Design and development of industrial equipment and structures;
  • Automation and robotics of systems;
  • Fluid networks, ventilation, and air conditioning;
  • Energy audits and maintenance of industrial and service buildings;
  • Production planning, control, and management;
  • Optimisation of industrial processes and operations;
  • Selection and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes;
  • Development of new products and technologies;
  • Research and Development (R&D).

Learning Outcomes

What does this master’s degree give you?

  • You attend a program that integrates in the curriculum a strong practical and laboratory focus
  • You receive training recognised at the European level (EUR-ACE quality label).
  • You benefit from rapid integration into the job market through internships in leading companies.
  • You can enhance the international dimension of your studies with specialisation in English, dual degree agreements, and Erasmus mobility.
  • You can carry out your dissertation with practical application in a business context or conduct scientific research in an academic environment.
  • You will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment that combines engineering, innovation, and applied practice.
